Possible werewolves?
In my interesting neighborhood the past couple of nights, after 10 pm, a gigantic, silver & stray dog/werewolf looking thing stands in my street & just watches me. Standing out front tonight, waiting for baby & dad to return, I’m under some impression that a small led flashlight will scare this thing away, so that it decides not to eat me. Do flashlights scare...

I don’t IM, too much pressure to respond so quickly annoys me. Just send me a message, much easier.

Educational TV for babies does not exist. →
Until about age 2, studies show that young children can’t cognitively comprehend what’s being said and retain that information. Dozens of studies affirming that finding were what prompted the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) to update its policy statement on media use for kids under 2 on Tuesday. The upshot: there is no such thing as educational TV for this bunch.

As I do nothing
I sit here on the couch thinking to myself of what I should do. I should walk into the bedroom to lay next to you, I should wrap my arms around you and explain that hurt aside, I want to try. I should communicate and try, try, try, try. Think I’ll sit here on the couch instead, pretend to be working while I’m angry again. Angry at the days you described her as pretty, angry I was at...

Anger has officially brought it’s boxes & moved into my head to stay. If I were someone else, I would not want to spend any time with the insecure person I have become. Ever felt like a spectator watching yourself act ridiculously, want to stop yourself & not be able to? Welcome to my Monday.

What do our fantasies say about our past? →
intelligentlust: Where do our fantasies and erotic images come from and what do they tell us about the deeper nature of who we are?  We have been led to believe that our sexual fantasies are random imaginings, but nothing could be further from the truth. At their base lies fragments of our history, conflict, and strife that reach far back into the forgotten past.

Romantic Jealousy, Interesting points from... →
The person who fits our romantic image is also the person who is best able to help us work through our childhood traumas. While it would seem to make sense for the woman whose father was unfaithful to look for a man who is sure to be faithful, this is not what usually happens. A woman like this most often falls in love with playboys just like her father—not because she needs to repeat her...

The fairy tale women believe about men by Luke Parrish on Thursday, November 19, 2009 at 2:01pm “Luke, not ALL men are pigs and cheat on their wives/girlfriends.”  Let me guess, you are also waiting for your soulmate to bump into you on accident while both of you are walking your dogs, look up at each other and instantly fall in love, a shooting star spell out your initials in...
